cirrus (0.01 update!)

cirrus is now updated to version 0.01 after the work on Dream Diary Jam 4!

This update adds:
- 1 new main world
- 4 new effects
- 1 new special event to find
- Some new areas to explore (and various new maps we couldn't fit in the first version).
